Purposes of Processing and Legal Basis
Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
1. Event registration and participation management
Processing necessary to manage registration, organization and execution of activities and events.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, for minors, consent of the parent or legal guardian pursuant to Articles 6(1)(a) and 8 GDPR.
2. Use of images and videos
Creation and use of photographs and video recordings for institutional communication and promotional purposes related to the Organization’s activities.

Legal basis: explicit consent of the data subject or, in the case of minors, of the parent or legal guardian (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
3. Informational and promotional communications
Sending informational communications related to events and, only with separate consent, promotional communications concerning initiatives of the Organization or its partners.

Failure to provide consent does not affect participation in events.
Methods of Processing
Personal data are processed using manual and electronic tools, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency and strictly for the purposes indicated above.
Appropriate technical and organizational security measures are implemented to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data.
Data Recipients
Personal data may be communicated to:

internal staff of the Organization;

external parties appointed to provide technical, organizational and logistical support;

photographers and videomakers engaged to document the events;

public authorities or other entities where required by law or by order of the competent Authority.
Personal data will not be disclosed or communicated for purposes other than those described without specific consent.
Data Retention
Personal data will be retained:

for the time strictly necessary to manage registration and events;

for longer periods where required by administrative or legal obligations;

until consent is withdrawn for processing activities based on consent (e.g. images, promotional communications).

Pursuant to Articles 15–22 GDPR, the data subject or the person exercising parental responsibility has the right to:

obtain confirmation as to whether personal data are being processed and access such data;

request rectification or erasure of inaccurate or unlawfully processed data;

request restriction of processing;

object to processing;

receive the personal data in a portable format;

withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal;

Processing of Minors’ Data
Personal data of minors are processed only with the explicit consent of parents or legal guardians.
In the absence of valid consent for the use of images and videos, the minor will not be portrayed or recorded in an identifiable manner.
Special Categories of Personal Data
Where special categories of data are provided (e.g. health data related to sports medical certification), such data will be processed solely for the stated purposes and only with explicit consent, in accordance with Article 9 GDPR.
Right to Withdraw Consent
