At The Week Kidz you can choose the formula that suits you best:

14 Classes of 75 min. + 6 Warm Up and Cool Down Sessions, from 13th to 18th July.
No meals or accommodation included: ideal for those who organize independently
🌟 Gold Kidz ➯ € 379.00 (until 15/05, then € 429.00)
Full Open Kidz package + afternoon activities from 15:00 to 19:00
+ Opening Showcase at the Main Stage in Piazza Spose dei Marinai (Saturday 18th July)

Full Gold Kidz package + 7 nights in a 3-star Hotel with Full Board + 24h Assistance with our Tutors

The process is entirely online and takes just a few steps:
- Fill in the registration form with your personal details
- Choose the package that suits you best
- Accept the digital documentation (Privacy Policy, Consents, Waivers)
- Review the summary and confirm your registration
- Complete payment by credit card
💡 Want to pay by bank transfer? (available for Gold and Full Kidz packages, also in 2 instalments)
When the payment screen appears, simply close the page or go back: you will automatically receive an email with all the instructions to proceed with the bank transfer.
- You will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details.
At the check-in venue you won’t need to bring anything – it’s all already registered! 😎
To participate in The Week Workshops you must be at least 14 years old (born in 2012 or earlier).
The Week Pro Classes are reserved for participants aged at least 14 years old with a solid Street Dance foundation.
Should younger participants wish to join, we rely on the good judgement of their teachers: if in doubt, we kindly ask you to contact us before registering.
The Week Kidz is dedicated to Under 13s (born from 2013 onwards), with a recommended minimum age of 9 years old.
In exceptional cases, participants up to 2 years older (than the Under 13 limit) may join, provided that both they and their parents are aware that they will be in a context designed for younger participants and that they will be expected to follow The Week Kidz program.
Only The Week Kidz (Under 13) offers a 24h assistance service.
During The Week (14 and over), staff are available for any needs exclusively during morning and afternoon hours, within the areas where Workshops take place.
In the evening, each participant is free to attend Contests or Parties independently, outside the responsibility of the organization.
For participants aged 14–15, there is the option to take part in The Week Kidz evening activities.
To do so, a parent or legal guardian must send the completed and signed request form to theweekfestival@gmail.com at the time of online registration.
Our Tutors are directors of well-known dance schools, experienced in working with children and teenagers, and have been part of The Week Kidz team for years.
They stay at the same hotel as the kids and are with them throughout the entire day:
- They accompany the kids from breakfast through to the morning classes
- They bring them back for lunch and supervise all afternoon activities
- They take them back to the hotel for dinner and organise the evening activities
- They make sure everyone is in their room at bedtime
- They are available at the hotel for any need
Breakfast, lunch and dinner all take place at the hotel, included in the Full Kidz package.
No night rounds are scheduled: we trust that the kids will follow the agreed rules and recommendations.
But let’s be honest… after the packed days at The Week Kidz, they’ll all be sleeping like little angels by evening 😇
Payments by credit card or bank transfer must be made in a single instalment to confirm registration.
Only the Gold (The Week) and Full (The Week Kidz) packages can be paid by bank transfer in 2 instalments:
- 50% upfront to confirm registration
- Balance by 20th June 2026

Registration will be considered valid upon receipt of the first payment.
No! This year we have completely eliminated paper from the check-in process.
During registration, you have already digitally completed and accepted all the necessary documentation:
- Privacy Policy – information on the processing of personal data
- Consent Data, Images & Videos – consent to the processing of personal data, including images and videos taken during the event
- Medical Certification – declaration of being in possession of a medical certificate of good health
- Release of Liability – acknowledgement and acceptance of the Event Rules, releasing the Organisation from liability for damages, losses, thefts or injuries
- Disclaimer – assumption of responsibility for the declarations made, confirming eligibility to provide the required consents
No paper, no queues, no waste.

At the Workshop and Battle check-in, all you need to do is show up on time – everything else is already taken care of 😎
💡 Give It Up ⇒ If you chose bank transfer as your payment method for the Give It Up, at Check-In you will be asked to show proof of payment as confirmation of the completed transaction.
No printouts, no paper – just have it on your device and show it directly, or send it via email or AirDrop 📱
Individual classes can be purchased exclusively on-site at a cost of € 28 each.

The event is open to all participants who are registered members of LIBERTAS for the current year.
If you’re not, simply tick the relevant option during online registration and fill in the required details.
We will take care of your membership!
Yes – if you are unable to attend for health reasons, you must send a valid medical certificate by email confirming your condition, and The Week will refund the amount paid for the workshops.
Hotel and Contest fees (Choreographic or Battle) cannot be refunded!
Yes! The Open and Daily packages allow you to attend all Workshops without accommodation included.
You can arrange your own stay in Cesenatico independently.

The closest airports to Cesenatico are:

Cesenatico train station is 1 km from The Week activity venues, and is located on the Rimini-Ravenna railway line.
We recommend arriving at Rimini central station (served by national and high-speed trains) and taking a regional train to Cesenatico.
Alternatively, you can stop at Cesena station (on the Bologna-Rimini line) and reach Cesenatico by bus or taxi.
The different venues where The Week activities take place are all within a 2 km radius, allowing all participants to move around comfortably on foot or by bike.
This way, we all contribute together to a more sustainable and environmentally friendly event 🌿
Rain is not allowed at The Week! ☀️😄
That said, we’re ready for anything:
- Classes always take place indoors, so no changes regardless of the weather outside
- Fyah On Da Beach – in case of bad weather, classes will be moved to indoor venues
- Contests – in case of bad weather, they will be rescheduled at the Cesenatico Tennis Club (indoors)
In case of particularly adverse conditions, the organization reserves the right to modify part of the program, with timely communication via official channels (social media and website).
