To participate in The Week workshops, you must be at least 14 years old (born in 2011 or earlier).
The Pro Classes of The Week are reserved for those who have a good foundation in Street Dance. We trust the good judgment of your teachers, whom we ask to contact us in advance if they have any doubts.
The Week Kidz is dedicated to Under 13s (born in 2012 or later) and we recommend a minimum age of 9 years;
Yes, payment by credit card must be made in a single transaction to confirm registration.
Only the Gold (The Week) and Full (The Week Kidz) packages can also be paid in 2 installments via Bank Transfer:

The complete payment, i.e., the second installment, must be made no later than June 20, 2025.
At the Reception Desk (Workshops or Battles) you will need to deliver:

- Minor Disclaimer (for minors)
- Personal Data Information Form (for Over 14)
- Personal Data Information Form (for Under 14)
It will be possible to purchase single lessons exclusively on-site at a cost of € 28 each

Only The Week Kidz (Under 13) offers 24-hour Assistance service.
During The Week (over 14), staff remains available for any needs exclusively during morning and afternoon hours, limited to the areas where Workshops are held. In the evening, each participant is free to take part in Contests or Parties independently, without being under the responsibility of the organization.
For young people aged 14-15, there is still the possibility to participate in the evening activities of The Week Kidz.
To use this option, the parent or legal guardian must send the completed and signed request to theweekfestival@gmail.com at the time of online registration.

- RMI Airport of Rimini ⇒ 25 km from Cesenatico
- FRL Airport of Forlì ⇒ 40 km from Cesenatico
Cesenatico Station is 1 km from The Week activity locations and is on the Rimini-Ravenna railway line.
It is recommended to arrive at Rimini central station (served by national and high-speed trains) and take a connection on a regional train to Cesenatico. Alternatively, you can get off at Cesena station (on the Bologna-Rimini line) and reach Cesenatico by Bus or Taxi.
The different locations where The Week activities take place are confined to an area with a 2 km radius, allowing all participants to enjoy The Week comfortably by moving around on foot or by bicycle.
This way we contribute together to a more sustainable and environmentally friendly event.
The GOLD package of The Week includes:
OPEN package (28 Lessons + 5 Cool Down Sessions – Pro Classes Excluded)
+ 7 nights in Hostel with Full Board (Check-in 13/07 – Check-out 20/07).
The event is open to all people registered and regularly enrolled with LIBERTAS for the current year.
If you’re not, you just need to check the option during online registration and enter the required data..
We will take care of your Membership!
Yes, if you cannot participate for health reasons, you must send a valid certification by email that attests to your health condition, and The Week will refund you the amount paid for the workshops.
The Hotel and Contest (Choreographic or Battle) fees CANNOT BE refunded!
